The 2025-2026 Faith Formation program at Holy Trinity Parish has concluded for this year. Please check back after June 1 for registration for 2026-2027.

This is not a registration form. Please use this form only if you have already submitted a registration form and are following up with payment online via credit card or e-check.
NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION FEES FOR THE 2025-2026 FAITH FORMATION YEAR
Late Registration (September 1 - November 15, 2025)
$110 per child or $135 per family (two or more children)
$50 additional for Grades 7, 8, and 9 of Confirmation (per child)

PAYMENT IN FULL IS DUE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION AND MUST BE RECEIVED
TO BE ADDED TO THE CLASS ROSTER AND EMAIL DISTRIBUTION LIST.
REGISTRATION WITHOUT PAYMENT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE PLACED ON HOLD.
